FROM DREAMS TO DOLLARS...

Dreams to Dollars strives to help Black entrepreneurs in launching successful, long-term sustainable business ventures. A recent McKinsey study noted that only 4 percent of Black American businesses survive the start-up stage (beyond 3.5 years), and various barriers exist that create inequity in access to funding, networks, and technical assistance.

 

This program will specifically focus on helping Black entrepreneurs develop practical skills and access tools and technology that can immediately be put into action to start a company, or get a relatively new company accelerating forward. Participants would experience an immersive culturally competent curriculum, with supportive learning from successful Black professors, entrepreneurs, venture capitalists and investors.
